Planting Trees to Offset Emissions
Under our Tax Goes Green initiative, we pledge to plant a tree for every client we serve, every year.
Trees are nature’s carbon-capture champions and are powerful allies in the fight against climate change, absorbing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and releasing oxygen. By planting trees, we're not only offsetting our carbon emissions but also promoting reforestation and biodiversity conservation. On average, the trees we plant each year will, once fully grown, offset around 14.6 tons of CO2 a year, every year - that’s enough to heat a house in the UK for 6 years!

ASBA Accounting X #TeamTrees
Our initiative is powered by #TeamTrees, a collaborative fundraiser that, supported by The Arbor Day Foundation, has planted over 20 million trees since it started in 2019. They have completed huge planting projects worldwide, including in the United States and Australia, as well as across Africa, Asia and Europe, combatting the effects of deforestation and boosting carbon capture efforts worldwide.
